Student AV teams are responsible for providing audiovisual support for presenters during keynote, tutorial, symposium, and oral free communication sessions. Teams include 2–4 students and a faculty sponsor who will be attending the meeting. Each team must bring a laptop computer, projector, supporting peripherals (cords, adapters, etc.), and a laser pointer.
SEACSM will provide one hotel room for the two nights of the conference for each AV team. Only one AV team will be permitted per institution. AV Teams must arrive at the conference by noon on Thursday and stay through the lunch on Saturday.
The AV Teams for the 2025 Annual Meeting have been determined.
